About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team for the 2025 season. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing all kitchen activities, ensuring a safe and profitable operation within the hotel framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the restaurant chef to maintain a smooth-running kitchen operation, adhering to food preparation and presentation guidelines.">
  • Support the development of new restaurant cuisine concepts and standards, staying up-to-date with local market trends and suppliers.">
  • Maintain food safety and protection practices, ensuring all food meets high quality standards.">
  • Promote positive inter-departmental relations through effective communication and teamwork.">
  • Take responsibility for asset management and maintenance of kitchen facilities and equipment.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality.">
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.">
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams.">
  • Creative, innovative, and self-motivated with a commitment to customer service.">
