Solventum is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing clinical support, education, and training on 3M's medical device solutions to Operating Room, Intensive Care Unit, and Oncology clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage.
- Manage the entire tender process in close collaboration with the Bid Office.
- Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to order execution.
- Analyze Sales, Market, and Opportunity data to drive and adjust the sales plan.
- Drive utilization of the 3M product portfolio according to the planned product mix objective.
- Develop and manage favorable relationships with key decision makers.
- Support product testing and demos.
- Participate in customer events.
- Use an Evidence-Based approach in sales calls.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Clinical.
- Previous sales experience of at least 5 years in the medical device market.
- Strong knowledge of Hospital (tender-driven) mechanisms/dynamics.
- Value-selling skills.
- Good presentation and networking skills.
- Good level of English knowledge (spoken and written).
- Flexibility to travel across the assigned territory.
- Microsoft Office proficient, CRM a plus.
This position will be based in Veneto or Friuli. Travel may include up to 80% (domestic).
