About the OpportunityThe Affinity Business Segment is responsible for groups of individuals having homogeneous characteristics and insurance needs, with revenues up to $25 million.
The Affinity Team supports customers in analyzing their needs, identifying an affinity insurance scheme, and finding customized solutions based on their specific risk profiles.
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
To develop and implement strategies to meet clients' risk management, risk financing, and insurance needs.
To support and manage the customer portfolio, ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction.
To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business, strategy, and objectives.
To support clients in the management, analysis, and evaluation of insurable risks, providing expert guidance and advice.
To control and report on key performance indicators, ensuring timely and accurate information.
To implement strategies to achieve growth goals, driving business expansion and development.
To assist in expanded and business development activities, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
To monitor and use management software, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you must have:
A university degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, Management Engineering, Statistics, International Relations, Political Science, or Social Science.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
