The Role

We're seeking a skilled Fleet Technician to join our team in Ferno - Milan. As the face of our company, you'll report directly to the Branch's Operations Manager and be responsible for ensuring the outstanding level of service and maintenance of our fleet of campervans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance procedures according to the OEM maintenance plan.
  • Support managing all Milan-based fleet-related activities.
  • Monitor full fleet availability and optimize fleet downtime and costs.
  • Review and manage fleet damages to control procedures and next steps.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Excellence team to resolve fleet-related issues.
  • Ensure vehicles receive proper and optimized interventions, updating the HQ Fleet team accordingly.
  • Maintain high standards in all fleet-related procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in vehicle maintenance/repair, preferably in Rent-a-Car or Automotive Repair Shop.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to prioritize and be organized.
  • English proficiency and good communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
