About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Financial Manager to join our finance and administration team in Milan or Verona, Italy. As a Junior Financial Manager, you will play a key role in managing our company's financial transactions and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage weekly payments and verify authorizations
  • Book payments on the accounting system
  • Manage bank statements reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures within payment process
  • Check overdue customer and supplier accounts and assist on debt collection activities
  • Registration of supplier orders
  • Prepare internal reports
  • Relations with banks
  • Administrative treasury activities
Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience in finance/administration
  • Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Good knowledge of English
