Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement in our package delivery network. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing personnel, logistics, and transaction data to determine user behavior or delivery process problems.
- Developing queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and projects.
- Serving as liaison between the EU Planning and Analytics team and various operations business teams to provide actionable insights into metrics including current delivery performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehousing and data quality.
- Recent experience implementing basic software solutions to automate data source, visualization, and/or data modeling application.
