About the Job

:

We are seeking an Electrical Systems Specialist to support our project execution team in the delivery of medium complexity projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely completion, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of project plans, including scope, financials, schedules, and risk management;
  • Monitor and control project progress, ensuring efficient resource utilization and effective communication with stakeholders;
  • Manage project finances, oversee invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow, identifying and mitigating risks as needed;
  • Procure required services, materials, and equipment from external and internal suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing claims;
  • Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering field (electrical preferred);
  • Basic knowledge of project management, particularly EPC/Construction projects, is advantageous;
  • Italian utilities/organization standards (CEI/Terna/Enel) knowledge is a plus;
  • Fluent English and Italian language skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Microsoft Project;
  • Flexibility, teamwork, result-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and organizational skills;
  • Availability for national and international travel, approximately 20% of the time.

Salary Information:

:€65,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
