Join Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. as a Graduate Area Manager

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Area Manager to join our team in MXP5 - Castel San Giovanni (PC). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team or process from day one and driving progress towards our goals.

About the Role

As a Graduate Area Manager, you will be an inspiring leader in one of the following areas within Customer Fulfillment operations: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack or Ship. Or you might work at one of our Delivery Stations, where you will work to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes, ensuring that customer orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.

  • Ensure the safety of your team while at work
  • Uphold Amazon's high standards of quality
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Strive to improve and streamline processes
Requirements
  • Obtained or working towards a Bachelor's Degree
  • Flexible to relocate for the position if needed
  • Willing to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends
  • Fluent in Italian and English
