As an Operations Head at Novartis Farmacéutica, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating operations in production sites, ensuring business continuity and development. Your key responsibilities will include evaluating technical transfer needs, coordinating tech transfer, ensuring production reports and KPIs are timely available, and driving growth initiatives at the national level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate technical transfer needs and feasibility
- Coordinate the tech transfer process
- Ensure production reports and KPIs are timely available
- Apply corporate strategy and coordinate implementation at the national level
- Manage planning and execution of country CAPEX
- Drive growth initiatives at the national level
- Develop the teams in terms of soft skills and technical competence
- Ensure high-level communication between site managers, Country Engineering Manager, General Manager, and Global functions
