Hitachi Energy Italy S.P.A. is seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Coordinator to join our team in this challenging role.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can oversee the coordination of OSS specialists, manage induction processes, and ensure current training materials are up-to-date. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for leading intricate incidents, liaising with other groups as a single point of contact for incident management, and developing and publishing OSS knowledge articles in the SNOW platform.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining site-related communications, such as p IT Stop, organizational charts, and announcements. They will also oversee resource planning and management tasks, including absence calendars, backfills, leaves, events, and site coverage dispatching.

The IT Operations Coordinator will gather critical OSS operation information, communicate with the team, and identify issues to propose service improvements to OSS Regional Managers. They will also resolve complex problems and major incidents as part of incident management, coordinate resources for off-site meetings and events, and monitor OSS engineer workload to adjust resource allocation as required.

The salary range for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, and is commensurate with industry standards for similar roles in Italy.

To be considered for this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or formal qualification in IT from an accredited university or college, or completed an apprenticeship in the field of IT. You will also require a minimum of five years of professional experience in IT support, with a track record of leading and managing teams of at least five individuals for a minimum of two years.

A valid ITIL certification and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You should also bring an outstanding customer service orientation, as well as proven interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in process management improvement in a technical environment is highly desirable.
