Position Overview:

HCM Consulting - Consultant Role

Marsh McLennan Companies is looking for talented individuals to join our team as HCM Consultants. This role is available in our offices.

Our HR Transformation practice specializes in the HRIS sector, providing extensive expertise for every HCM implementation and change management initiative we undertake. Our seasoned professionals have a wealth of experience guiding clients through all phases of the implementation lifecycle and process optimization, ensuring exceptional outcomes.

In this position, you will engage in HCM Projects across diverse sectors and industries, where you will:

Cultivate profound knowledge in the digital landscape; Develop business cases and conduct technical assessments for HR IT systems; Review and enhance existing HR processes for improved efficiency; Assist in crafting a delivery model for HR services; Provide guidance to clients on the design and execution of HR transformation initiatives and aid in selecting the most suitable HR information system; Comprehend and outline our clients' end-to-end HR processes while collaborating closely with HR Advisory to suggest enhancements; Translate client requirements into HR IT systems and address inquiries post-implementation; Ensure project delivery aligns with the strategic vision set by the project manager; Generate client-ready reports and analyses with minimal oversight; Familiarize yourself with Mercer’s standard tools and methodologies; Contribute to the development of proposals for new client opportunities and support the growth of business and intellectual capital; Collaborate with other Mercer practices within the HR consulting domain.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in HCM; Preferred background in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM projects; Demonstrated experience in HCM consulting firms or as a digital transformation manager in a corporate setting of comparable size/complexity; A strong enthusiasm for innovation, process re-engineering, organizational design, analytics, performance assessment, and technology trends; Excellent organizational and communication skills to facilitate the design, implementation, and coordination of development projects; A results-driven mindset with a keen attention to detail; The energy and capability to navigate multitasking and complex scenarios; Proficiency in Italian and English is essential.
