Job Title: ASPP- CANTIERE IN FRANCIA

Atoa s.r.l. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of ASPP- CANTIERE IN FRANCIA. Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the construction site, ensuring that all operations are carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. This includes supervising the installation, maintenance, and removal of scaffolding, as well as ensuring that all necessary safety protocols are in place.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational and administrative support in relation to health, safety, and environmental services in the workplace and environment.
  • Conduct on-site operational checks to ensure compliance with the company's HSE documentation and local HSE regulations.
  • Collaborate with the RSPP and DLS to draft specific HSE documentation as needed.
  • Hold daily briefings with workers regarding specific work activities and follow the work schedule.
  • Report all HSE non-compliance.
  • Participate actively in weekly meetings with the company's HSE function and other required meetings on-site.
Additional Requirements:
  • Prepare individual Safety Operation Plans.
  • Prepare specific installation, use, and disassembly plans for each scaffolding system installed on-site.
  • Prepare work plans for BRMCA (interface with the ASL).
  • Communicate with the client regarding safety issues in the plants.
  • Organize and manage processes related to waste disposal and registration.
  • Manage and maintain on-site first aid activities, including reporting any workplace accidents (e.g., purchasing the minimum contents of the first aid kit on a monthly basis).
  • Manage and maintain on-site fire prevention systems (semi-annual extinguisher checks and completion of the on-site fire prevention register - updating the internal emergency plan).
  • Provide training/information and training for employees.
  • Conduct on-site inspections according to company or client documentation.
  • Conduct on-site inspections of the company's or client's warehouses.
  • Prepare all technical HSE documentation related to supplementary procedures dictated by our clients.
  • Participate in quarterly training.
  • Participate in safety and coordination meetings with clients.
  • Monitor the condition of materials and on-site equipment and report any issues.
  • Verify the condition of safety equipment and complete the necessary documentation.
  • Manage on-site medical visits in coordination with the company's headquarters.
  • Participate with the company's HSE department in drafting specific operational safety procedures.
  • Report any safety non-compliance to the RSPP and CC.
  • Manage and maintain the on-site HSE calendar.
  • Formulate proposals for HSE improvement.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of asbestos regulations and environmental monitoring systems.
  • Possession of a technical-scientific degree.
  • Excellent knowledge of the French and English languages.
  • Ability to implement procedures, or knowledge of processes, in the HSE field.
  • Knowledge of HSE topics (related to workplaces and waste management).
