Job Description: Clinical Specialist for Orthodontic Business

This role is designed to drive the success of the new healthcare company by leveraging your clinical expertise to support the development and growth of our orthodontic business.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Train clinicians on 3M products for evaluations or conversions

  • Support product evaluations/trials/demos with follow-up calls, troubleshooting, data analysis

  • Participate in joint calls with Sales Representatives and provide clinical and technical information that supports/enhances sales presentation

  • Interact with Key Opinion Leaders (Health Care Professionals) and develop educational programs in direct collaboration with the EMEA Scientific Affairs team

  • Interact with Dental Universities (according to ethics and compliance standards) to support product knowledge

  • Provide continuing education on products and related topics that support 3M business objectives

  • Attend sales and/or marketing meetings and conference calls

  • Participate and support in customer events (congress, workshop, etc.)

  • Provide consultation to 3M products and related applications/issues

  • Utilize Evidence-Based approach (scientific studies, Health Economics, etc.)

  • Support Bid Office team assessing the best documentation for tenders

  • Proactive cooperation with marketing team

  • Daily use of CRM including reporting of activities



Requirements:



  • University education (Bachelor or Master degree)

  • Dental training (University or Dental Technician) background is highly desired

  • Prior experience in sales / clinical roles is highly desired

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular) and Salesforce.com

  • Digital savvy to be able to work with orthodontic digital systems

  • Fluency in English and at least communicative level of Italian

Location: This is a remote and field-based position covering Italy. Travel may include up to 60-70% (mainly domestic/international occasionally).
