About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Climate Technology Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing global projects aimed at decarbonizing and innovating across the energy transition worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project delivery, profit loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project-related activities and resources.
  • Be the go-to person for project stakeholders and a guide to get opportunities out of challenges and unpredictable changes.
  • Ensure project financials, on-time delivery, and quality excellence meet and exceed targets.
  • Address and resolve any project-related matters, from reporting status at all levels to risks mitigation and project close-out.
  • Act as an innovator, creating execution models suitable for large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies.

Requirements:

  • A degree in engineering with good working experience in project management and a proven track record of complex FEED/EPC projects successfully managed.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English, and the ability to master presentations at executive level.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioral, influencing, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in managing project financials, including revenues, contribution margin, and cash.
  • A thorough knowledge of TCs glossary and dynamics, including contractual provisions, risks, claims, and remedies management.
  • A good background in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressor technologies, as well as in energy transition technologies such as hydrogen, carbon capture, geothermal, and energy storage.
  • Ability to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations.
  • A project management certification from an accredited institute (e.g., PMP, IPMA).
