Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of $115,000 - $135,000 per annum, plus generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, holidays, and PTO.

Job Description

The Chief Talent Development Officer will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions for this 40-person organization, fostering a positive work environment, and managing relationships with HR vendors. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to drive business growth and employee engagement;">
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding;">
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring prompt and effective resolution;">
  • Oversee performance management procedures, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning;">
  • Administer biweekly payroll and compensation packages;">
  • Implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion;">
  • Maintain relationships with HR vendors to ensure quality service delivery;">
  • Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management review;">
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and enforce HR policies and procedures;">
  • Identify and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge;">
  • Handle HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping and compliance reporting.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;">
  • No less than 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent development and management;">
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR policy development, implementation, and enforcement;">
  • Experience managing HR vendors, including payroll, benefits, and training providers.">
