Job Description

As a Financial Advisor - Training & Education, you will be part of the Commercial Director team at Zurich Italy Bank. Your main objective will be to support the creation and management of the training offer for the Financial Advisors Network, as outlined in the relevant Training Plan. You will also contribute to the success of the Sales Growth Plans (e.g. NextGen Project).

Main Activities:

  • Contribute to the selection and evaluation of training providers.
  • Manage the training platform for the Sales Network: registration management, course creation, material upload, reporting, and attendance monitoring, as well as feedback questionnaire evaluation.
  • Support the organization and creation of courses, training modules, and informative materials on technical and commercial topics, leveraging the support of other Bank and Group departments.
  • Provide tutoring for trainers in delivering training courses, both remotely and on-site.
  • Create ad-hoc presentations to share and promote available training projects and new opportunities.
  • Support the Commercial Director in activities such as selecting new Financial Advisors, managing the training plan for them, and monitoring commercial results.
  • Relate to and support the Sales Network in managing ongoing training activities.

Requirements:

  • Preferrable degree in humanities or economics.
  • Knowledge of the training theme.
  • Good digital skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent relational and empathetic skills to establish a dialogue relationship with Financial Advisors in the Sales Network and internal clients.
  • Curious, flexible, and proactive approach, with a good predisposition to work in a team.
  • Availability for periodic on-site trips throughout Italy.
