About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools. As a valued member of our sales team, you will be empowered to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle various sales transactions, including cash, credit, and returns, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Encourage customers to participate in company programs and promotions.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking, sales associate duties, and responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
  • Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, adhering to attendance policy.
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program).
