Job Title: Indirect Sales Help Desk Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Indirect Sales Help Desk Support professional.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our network of agencies, ensuring seamless sales operations and efficient management of deposits and related flows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support agencies remotely and on-site to manage sales operations and resolve issues
  • Develop and deliver training programs to new team members
  • Conduct audits and provide specialist support to ensure sales operations run smoothly
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in a technical or scientific field, preferably in Statistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and planning abilities
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to create statistical reports and support administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400
