Digital Practice Director Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee shared service delivery operations organization providing quality media operations to support the Media and Performance brands.
  • Have oversight and accountability for delivery operations activities including operational support of client platform configuration and maintenance, campaign set up and optimization, media delivery and reconciliation, reporting, and supplier validation.
  • Drive a culture of operational excellence in all processes and activities.
  • Identifying and implementing operational best practices locally in coordination with Head of Media Operations.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in IM/Media agencies with IM/PR and social project management (mainly Italian, an international experience is preferred).
  • A strong passion and proven experience in digital marketing, creativity, and social project/integrated campaigns.
  • Experience in collaborating with strategy and media areas.
