As a key member of the Tecnimont team, the Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Project Engineering Manager to ensure the successful coordination of project engineering activities. This includes guaranteeing that deadlines and budgets are respected, as well as coordinating a small team of project engineers. In smaller projects, the Project Coordinator may also take on a more senior role, typically assigned to the Project Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise multi-disciplinary activities and critical engineering cycles, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.
  2. Report to the Project Engineering Manager on the status, planning, and key issues of assigned activities.
  3. Support the Project Engineering Manager in defining and preparing project execution procedures.
  4. Ensure the quality of multidisciplinary project documents, meeting contract requirements and respecting budget and deadlines.
  5. Collaborate with the Project Engineering Manager to define project technical choices, identifying the best solutions from a technical, economic, and temporal perspective.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role and industry.
  • Technical skills in Oil & Gas, fertilizers, or petrochemical industries.
  • Engineering degree required.
  • Availability for international travel and site assignments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
