Job Description

Role Overview

The Senior Consultant will collaborate with clients and partners as an expert, for applications and/or projects of consolidation management. In collaboration with the PM, the Senior Consultant will guide the Client, provide adequate solutions to problems, and take decisions on the path to follow. They will act as a link between the client and the IT team.

The Senior Consultant's work will consist of direct contact with the Client to collect their IT needs, provide solutions to problems, and provide training. The IT team will work based on the information provided by the Senior Consultant. They will facilitate design workshops, presenting options and observations that demonstrate a proactive approach.

The main responsibilities of this role cover all aspects of the project life cycle:

  • Analysis of business requirements, production of the scope of the solution, detailed design of the solution, consulting and assistance in construction and testing activities, documentation.
  • Key tasks:
    • Working with clients and partners on the project scope;
    • Participating in design, construction, testing, and deployment;
    • Providing expertise;
    • Reporting project activities to the responsible person and the PM;
    • Ensuring that the project documentation meets the client's needs;
    • Training courses.

Other aspects of this role include:

  • Collaborating with service and sales managers to develop new business opportunities;
  • Participation in product development regarding specific product-related issues, suggesting improvements, and participating in reviews of new versions.

Requirements

The role requires experience with at least one of the following points:

  • Understanding and analysis of business processes to provide clients with easy-to-use solutions;
  • Experience with SQL, MDX, and data integration;
  • Webservices;
  • Microsoft Office package.

The role involves national travel. At least one year of experience in the same role is required.
