Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic Tecnica Skiboots team in Giavera del Montello (TV).

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the product development process, ensuring alignment with consumer and trade needs, and guaranteeing the correct application of brand values and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather market feedback through compelling communication with Sales Managers, Export Area Managers, Sales and Marketing Managers, Marketing Managers, ambassadors, athletes, and reps to collect sell-out data and qualitative feedback from competitors and Tecnica products.
  • Edit, update, and issue documents associated with each collection (.xls + .ppt) to deliver accurate information on collection development.
  • Analyze competitors in terms of price positioning, technologies offered, segmentation, performance, and design trends.
  • Analyze internal documents like forecasts and sales reports to facilitate decision-making through analytics.
  • Create the New Graphics briefing document and monitor its execution, manage the screening and validation process through dedicated focus groups.
  • Propose sustainable solutions aligned with the Group's sustainability strategy and approach.
  • Travel and meet with sales force to support sell-in and sell-out or create direct Brand/Product relationships.
  • Meet with Noram product managers to identify benchmarks among competitors in relation to product categories.
  • Collaborate with the Winter Product Validation team to enhance the skiboot testing experience and product development from a performance standpoint.
  • Work with the Project Leader and R&D team to monitor product development, costs, and ensure correct time to market and product execution.
  • Present collections to sales force, internal audience, colleagues, and retailers through various appointments and events.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to define trade and consumer messages, support content creation, print or digital product documents, and execute trade and consumer events.
  • Participate in trade and consumer shows and events.
  • Attend other sport shows and fairs for inspiration on future Brand/Product development.
  • Meet periodically with the CRM Team to stay updated on consumers' requests and trends.
  • Organize documents and materials for Buying Groups meetings, attend and present sessions during institutional appointments.
  • Prepare and participate in product clinics.
  • Get in touch with possible suppliers of new materials and services useful for Brand/Product development.
