About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Sungrow - EMEA. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our solar inverter solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and features
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Manage product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of products and features
  • Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of solar inverter technology and renewable energy systems
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Italian (C1 level) and strong communication skills
