The Role

We're looking for university students or recent graduates to join our team in Melito di Napoli - Naples. As an International Operations Intern, you'll represent our brand, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure seamless experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front-office activities:
    • Customer service and sales: Handle check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, and provide information on campervan functionalities and terms.
  • Back-office activities:
    • Operations handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras.
    • Quality control: Maintain campervans in top condition, identify and address maintenance or repair needs.
    • Support activities: Assist the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Requirements
  • You're a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, or a related field.
  • You're fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license.
  • You enjoy international environments and meeting new cultures.
  • You possess excellent customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • You're eager to develop relevant skills and contribute to our dynamic team.
