Position Overview

The selected intern will be an integral part of the Corporate Advisory Team, contributing to the execution of transactions and supporting pitching initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of presentations, information memoranda, and various marketing collateral. The team is engaged in a robust pipeline of projects across diverse sectors, providing a dynamic and stimulating work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in day-to-day transaction execution and pitching efforts.
  • Assist in drafting presentations and marketing materials.
  • Support the development of financial models (DCF, LBO) and valuation datasets (trading & acquisition comps) for market analysis.
  • Contribute to the due diligence process and prepare comprehensive company and industry profiles.

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background with international exposure, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree in Finance preferred.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian, along with strong computer literacy.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a solid foundation in finance and accounting.
