Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Specialist (part-time). As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day follow-up of import and export shipments and related tasks. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth operations and compliance, while supporting our Logistics Lead and handling various projects.

• Coordinate and execute the export distribution of products when available for shipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Proactively interface with freight forwarders, distribution centers, air/ocean carriers, Customer Service, and Planning to ensure seamless coordination and minimize shipping costs.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and reports, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory guidelines and training requirements.
• Support annual and cycle inventories, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Comply with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain activities, including customer service and/or logistics distribution processes.
• Consistently exhibits customer focus and a positive results-oriented attitude that promotes teamwork.
• Effective verbal and written communication, multitasking, and computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
