Logistics Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Specialist to join our team at allnex. As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of import and export shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and consolidate export distribution of products, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Interface with freight forwarders, distribution centers, air/ocean carriers, and Customer Service to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Minimize shipping costs by consolidating shipments while maintaining transit times.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Support annual and cycle inventories, and adhere to company health, safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain activities, including customer service and logistics distribution processes.
  • Strong customer focus, positive attitude, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a team environment.
