Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive business objectives and patient-centered outcomes.
- Build trust with healthcare leaders and patient associations to create lasting partnerships.
- Ensure alignment with Italian Procurement Code and Law throughout pre to post tender phases.
- Provide expert guidance and training to healthcare professionals.
- Identify market opportunities and propose creative solutions to address unmet needs.
Education and Experience Required:
- University degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent.
- Strong sales experience in biomedical environments, especially in public and private facilities with in-depth knowledge of products and solutions in the area of diabetes care.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Experience managing complex public tenders and navigating procurement landscapes.
- Ambition and drive to excel while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
