About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Director to join our Fruit and Vegetable team in EMENA. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving company sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales experts to perform at their best
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop action plans to capture new customers and market segments
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product line directors, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Implement best practices and provide sales training to maximize team performance

Requirements

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in sales management within an industrial multinational company operating in the food industry
  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of English, with proficiency in Italian and Spanish a plus
  • Results-oriented with a strong commercial approach and ability to work with data to make excellent decisions
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of business growth and team development
