Job Description

Job Title: Scrum Master

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Elca Information Technology Ltd. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading our development team in applying Agile/Scrum principles to deliver high-quality project work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and coach the team to higher Agile and Scrum maturity
  • Empower the team to be self-organized while holding them accountable for overall project delivery
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication
  • Plan, monitor, and report progress, performance, budget, quality, and risk

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • At least 6 years of overall experience in software development
  • Proven experience in managing a team and/or projects
  • Good project management, people management, and leadership skills
  • Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Agile/Scrum
  • Certificate in project management
