About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the brand globally, from plan development to budget tracking and campaign results. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to collaborate on plan structure and implementation, providing leadership and guidance to direct reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective media strategies to achieve client goals;
  • Manage client relationships through excellent communication, problem-solving, and responsiveness;
  • Work collaboratively with local teams to deliver client needs;
  • Maintain a deep understanding of campaign planning elements, including briefings, responses, role of media, reporting, and results;
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, fostering their growth and development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 years of agency experience, preferably with a global or international focus;
  • A strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem and experience managing omnichannel campaigns;
  • Familiarity with activation and financial reconciliation processes;
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Fluent English language skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of programs.
