Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Account Solutions Specialist to join our team at HH Global.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client service through excellent customer service and product delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Propose and deliver company solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide technical input and advice on print, POS, and branded merchandise projects as required.
  • Take briefings from clients, manage projects from start to finish, and suggest alternative options where possible.
  • Brief suppliers on client requirements and ensure projects are delivered to specification and on time.
  • Maintain a full understanding of the company's services and work closely with internal departments to provide clients with solutions.
  • Implement new methods and procedures as required and work as a team to deliver contractual requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Account management experience in a contracted environment with strict SLAs and KPIs.
  • Experience in consumer health/FMCG and client-facing roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload in a high-energy environment.
  • Numerate with a strong commercial understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for career growth and development.
