Junior Business Developer Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Junior Business Developer to drive business growth by cultivating new market leads, fostering relationships with existing customers and partners, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sourcing new opportunities through thorough research and identification of key players.
  2. Communicating with customers and potential customers through phone calls and other outreach efforts.
  3. Understanding customer needs and requirements to ensure a smooth sales process.
  4. Maintaining and expanding a database of prospects to inform sales strategies.
  5. Updating the CRM system to track customer interactions and sales progress.
  6. Ensuring market coverage through continuous contact with potential and existing customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Analysis and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Reliability and precision in meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus, and experience in the fruit and vegetable sector or industrial machines is an asset.
