Junior Business Developer Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Junior Business Developer to drive business growth by cultivating new market leads, fostering relationships with existing customers and partners, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing new opportunities through thorough research and identification of key players.
- Communicating with customers and potential customers through phone calls and other outreach efforts.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintaining and expanding a database of prospects to inform sales strategies.
- Updating the CRM system to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Ensuring market coverage through continuous contact with potential and existing customers.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Analysis and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Reliability and precision in meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, and experience in the fruit and vegetable sector or industrial machines is an asset.
