Ferrero Production Supervisor Job in Arlon, Belgium

Gi Group SpA Filiale di Milano IV Novembre is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at the Ferrero plant in Arlon, Belgium.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the production process, ensuring the highest quality standards and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating production teams, implementing safety and quality procedures, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate production teams to ensure efficient and effective production processes
  • Implement and maintain safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in the selection and allocation of resources
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the food industry
  • Proven ability to manage diverse teams in multicultural environments
  • Fluent in English
