Human Resources Director

PRTNR Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Head of HR to join our team in Northern Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to relocate and take on a challenging role.

This position requires strong expertise in HR operations, process improvement, and HR technology. The ideal candidate will have a background in driving people-centered functional excellence and process improvement.

The Head of HR will oversee the HR team and operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management. They will also be responsible for leading initiatives to improve HR service delivery and employee experience.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in HR, who can relocate to Northern Italy. If you have experience overseeing teams of 400+ and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a high-performance culture with emphasis on quality, continuous improvement, development, and loyalty.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize HR processes and systems.
• Oversee HR team and operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
• Lead initiatives to improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
• Collaborate with the Head of Talent Development, Acquisition, and Employee Experience to ensure seamless integration of HR processes with talent programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to HR systems and services.
• Work closely with Head of Legal and Head of Talent to deal appropriately with employee relations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• Ideal candidates should come from the Fashion or Electronics Industry.
• 10+ years human resource experience.
• Experience overseeing teams of 400+.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be able to relocate.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year.
