Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business transformation initiatives to deliver significant improvement in business performance and enterprise value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and address real issues
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, profit improvement, and cash management
  • Utilize expertise in operational due diligence and operations issues to drive business excellence
  • Build and maintain relationships with c-suite stakeholders while achieving results

Requirements:

  • Master's degree and/or an MBA, with evidence of a strong academic record
  • Strong experience in Operations, Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, Industrial goods, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods or Technology, Media & Telecommunications
  • Extensive and relevant experience, preferably with a mix of consulting and industry
  • Demonstrable track record in achieving implementation-oriented, qualitative solutions in multiple workstreams
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential; knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous
