Chief Engineer Operations Center Leader

To manage effectively all the activities related to the Chief Engineer Operations Center position, ensuring the maintenance of company assets, compliance with technical and legal obligations, and the implementation of energy budgets, Risk AIP, and SAVE for the hotels under their responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Engineering Needs Analysis: Detects, consolidates, and analyses engineering needs and opportunities in the hotels under their responsibility, providing feedback to both the OC and the Engineering Partner.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensures compliance with technical and legal obligations in the OC buildings and facilities, HACCP, the prevention of occupational risks, customer safety, ecology, and the environment.
- Preventative Resource: Acts as a Preventative Resource for activities that involve risk, ensuring the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) of all staff and coordinating as required with external companies in OHS matters.
- Incident Resolution: Supervises the resolution of any technical or legal incidents.
- Team Coordination: Coordinates the teams in both the OC and Business Units, providing instructions for carrying out the activities in the Preventative Maintenance Plan.
- Energy Management: Supervises the implementation of company policies and projects in matters related to energy use.
- Investment Analysis: Analyses and prioritises OC investment requests for the Risks AIP, collecting all the required authorisations according to MHI regulations.
- Budget Management: Participates in the preparation of their department's budget according to the set guidelines.
- Performance Review: Conducts their team's performance reviews.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensures compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Procedures and Instructions.
- Engineering Degree;
- Previous strong experience in hospitality;
- Strong knowledge of budgeting;
- Professional knowledge of both Italian and English.
