About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join our team at Jefferson Wells. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical, electrical, and automation engineering areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Engineering Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic engineering initiatives to improve plant performance and efficiency.
- Maintenance Planning and Supervision: Plan and supervise maintenance interventions on production plants, both preventively and correctively.
- Investment Implementation: Implement strategic investments, including new plant projects, adaptation to safety standards, and revamping of existing plants.
- KPI Definition and Analysis: Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Reporting and Department Management: Draft reports on activities carried out and help implement tools and software for department management.
Requirements and Experience:
- Education: Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical.
- Experience: Solid experience in a similar role, with deep knowledge of industrial processes for working with cast and aluminum.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, strategic vision, excellent relational and communication skills, organizational and management skills, teamworking, and knowledge of the English language.
