Job Overview

This role is part of our brand management team and focuses on executing digital media campaigns efficiently while driving innovation. As a Programmatic Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful brand experiences for nearly 5 billion consumers every day.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design programmatic campaign strategies to drive business objectives and target audience engagement.
  2. Manage end-to-end execution of programmatic buys, including setup, launch, trafficking, and optimization within media buying platforms (DSPs).
  3. Develop and recommend an optimal mix of strategies and tactics within DSPs to achieve delivery KPIs and specific media targets.
  4. Monitor and manage day-to-day optimizations, pacing, and reporting of campaigns, forecasting media spends and KPI goals.
  5. Prepare deliverables and reports around pacing, optimization, and testing analyses.
  6. Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing industry trends and regularly documenting programmatic industry developments.
  7. Ensure high-quality executions of digital programmatic campaigns, meeting briefed objectives and staying aligned with timings.
  8. Cultivate external connections to stay informed about industry and consumer trends.
  9. Collaborate with Marketing Technologist to enable a consumer-centric data strategy, understanding basic data structures and business flows across involved systems.
Requirements
  • Mandatory experience in programmatic campaigns' management (setup, optimization & reporting) in Digital Agency / eCommerce / Start up.
  • Prior experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods' companies is highly valued.
Essential Skills
  • Accountable, Independent, Organized, Curious, Dedicated, Analytical.
  • At Least Intermediate English level.
Tools and Equipment
  • Mandatory: Microsoft Office Package, Programmatic Buying Platforms such as DV360 or The Trade Desk.
  • Preferable: Adserving & Audit Tools' management (Flashtalking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR) is a plus.
Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $120,000 per year based on location and experience.
