Job Title: Technical Solution Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solution Specialist to lead and drive the development of our Sales Commission Platform. As a Technical Solution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in defining the solution strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Commission stakeholders to analyze business requirements, develop high-level feasibility analysis, and participate in functional testing to validate the solution/programs developed by off-shored developers.
  • Provide technical leadership to the product development team, including software engineers, designers, and QA engineers.
  • Collaborate with the development team to make informed technical decisions and ensure the product's technical excellence.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and features based on customer needs and market insights.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements and expectations.
  • Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure that the Sales Commission Platform meets high-quality standards.
  • Conduct testing and quality control checks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Solution Specialist or similar role in a technical environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Application Life Cycle management principles, including service, release, and change management.
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales Commission Platforms and Data Management Solution (ETL).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and solution architecture principles.
  • Experience in multi-cultural environment, working in complex environment with remotely spread team.
  • Self-driven and able to complete tasks within due dates with high level of autonomy.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders to ensure the right requirements and customer experience aspirations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full cycle SW implementation.

Education:

Education level equivalent to a master's degree in computer science or Engineering.
