Logistics Coordinator

KWS Italia S.p.A. is seeking a skilled Logistics Assistant to support planning and logistics activities in the EMEA region. This full-time, permanent position is based in Forlì and requires a strong understanding of supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:- Support planning and logistics management with a holistic view of the regions of South Europe and MEA.
- Register all necessary information in SAP connected with the whole supply chain process, from purchase to delivery.
- Collaborate with local and international suppliers and couriers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and share reports and analysis regarding supply chain activities.
- Ensure constant and proper communication and support to production facilities and continuous knowledge exchange.
- Manage purchase and delivery processes of goods from various countries and production facilities, as well as daily activities connected to the entire supply chain.
- Participate in regional planning process activities in close collaboration with countries in scope and regional management.
- Previous hands-on experience with planning and/or import-export operations and knowledge of customs procedures.
- University graduate, preferably in business management.
- Non-degree holders with longer-term experience will also be considered for the position.
- At least 2 years of overall professional experience in similar roles, preferably in international environments.
- Profound knowledge of MS Office products, with a specific focus on Excel.
- Good knowledge of SAP MM/WM is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
- Analytical mindset and efficient organizational skills.
- Knowledge about the agricultural supply business, in general, is a plus.
- General understanding of supply chain processes in an international environment.
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally if needed.
