Job Description

Publicis Media is seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join its Rome offices. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the Investment Director in the preparation of monthly reporting packages, developing and managing periodic reporting, and monitoring profitability by product/client.

You will collaborate with the Finance Team and Trading Team to monitor company revenues, costs, and financial performance. Additionally, you will provide support to the Commercial Department in margin analysis and help create policies and procedures to ensure proper alignment between Finance and Commercial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Investment Director in the preparation of monthly reporting packages
  • Develop and manage periodic reporting and main economic indicators
  • Monitor profitability by product/client
  • Collaborate with Finance Team and Trading Team
  • Provide support to Commercial Department in margin analysis
  • Help create policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in Business Controlling or Business Analysis
  • Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
