Key Accounts Manager for Car Rentals

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Manager to join our team at Hertz. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service experience to our customers.
This means offering a pleasant experience, welcoming them and involving them, completing the rental operations and return quickly, providing information on ancillary services and refuelling options, resolving complaints and ensuring complete satisfaction.
Key Result Areas:
- You will receive the customers at the counter, managing the rental agreement in compliance with Hertz procedures and with the expected quality standards on TAS Web.
- You will put into practice proactive behavior towards customers, liaising so courteous and professional, offering solutions in order to maximize the customer satisfaction.
- You will streamline and optimize the available Hertz assets (e.g. cars, systems, products, services, etc) to ensure the best customer service and the profitability of the location.
- You will coordinate the check-in operations and play, occasionally, activities of handling the vehicle in the car park.
- You will maximize profit by offering services and ancillary products to customers.
- You will manage daily branch petty cash (if required).
Salary:
Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Graduation or University education
- Previous sales and customer service experience
- Fluent level of English (+ second language)
- Microsoft Office
- Full driving license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
