Job Title: Transport Specialist

At Dikton, we're seeking a highly skilled Transport Specialist to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for supporting existing customers and acting as their primary point of contact with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule land, sea, and train transports (round trip/charter)
  • Book transport services and handle organization and support to transport planning activities
  • Develop customer-specific solutions and projects in collaboration with the Transport Team Manager
Requirements:
  • Professional attitude and approach: open, communicative, and strong communication skills
  • Commitment, flexibility, and ownership of assigned tasks and area of responsibilities
  • Strong Italian and English language skills; German and/or Spanish language skills a plus
  • Previous experience in the transport industry, preferably in an Intermodal Dispatcher/Transport Specialist role
  • Graduated school diploma or completed university education in commercial/logistics fields
  • Valid work permit for Italy
