About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Sales team as a Business Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our sales force, ensuring seamless operations and enabling our team to focus on driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reporting and data entry to support the sales team
  • Update databases with accurate information and create presentations and reports as needed
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Verify accuracy of information on timekeeping systems and customer lists
  • Update Teams channel and Sharepoint with relevant information
  • Provide operational support to the Divisional Vice President

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Aptitude for project management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
