Job Description

Staff Spa, a leading logistics company in Bologna, is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Gestione dei rapporti con clienti e fornitori (Managing relationships with clients and suppliers)
  • Coordinamento, gestione e supporto di un team di collaboratori (Coordinating, managing, and supporting a team of colleagues)
  • Monitoraggio dei livelli di servizio (Monitoring service levels)
  • Gestione degli aspetti contabili del plant (Managing the financial aspects of the plant)
  • Analisi di marginalità, produttività e redditività (Analyzing margins, productivity, and profitability)

Requirements:

  • Diploma di ragioneria o laurea breve con indirizzo amministrativo (Diploma in accounting or short degree in administrative studies)
  • Almeno 5 anni di conoscenza del settore di logistica di magazzino ed almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di coordinatore (At least 5 years of experience in the logistics warehouse sector and at least 3 years as a coordinator)
  • Propensione al lavoro di squadra (Teamwork attitude)
  • Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel, AS400 e Stock System (Good knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel, AS400, and Stock System)
