About the Role

RINA is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Project Manager to join our Energy Innovation Strategic Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing or supporting the management of EU R&D projects in the field of industrial efficiency, energy efficiency, renewable sources, and hydrogen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage or support the management of EU R&D projects, focusing on industrial efficiency, energy efficiency, renewable sources, and hydrogen.
  • Contribute to RINA's technical development activities, interacting with international partners in the framework of EU funded projects.
  • Deliver reports and results from European research and innovation projects involving industrial efficiency and hydrogen.
  • Contribute to the creation of new opportunities and the preparation of new proposals for European and international R&D programmes.
  • Develop and maintain RINA's network of R&D partners in the field of industrial efficiency and hydrogen.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Excellent reporting skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to conduct research, organize work, and produce results.
  • Good attitude to teamwork.
  • Open-minded to innovation, creativity, and good attitude to networking.

Education

A degree in energy/mechanical engineering with a focus on industrial efficiency, energy efficiency, renewable sources, and hydrogen is required.
