About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Sales Expert to join our team at Atlean World. As a key member of our international recruitment company, you will be responsible for promoting multicultural environments and specializing in multilingual markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead management by contacting existing customers in the B2B market on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities
  • Establish a trust relationship with key decision-makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy
  • Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions
  • Provide strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate your clients
  • Grow revenue by up-selling towards existing clients
  • Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results

Requirements

  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Experience (6 months) in online sales
  • Experience in advertising or Digital Marketing
  • High School Diploma
  • EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
