About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Project Team Leader to join our team at QuiCare.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects in their entirety, including design and planning of activities, verification of progress, and strict adherence to delivery deadlines.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and achieve internal KPIs; analyze KPIs promptly, highlighting deviations and introducing corrective actions;
  • Manage projects in their entirety: design and planning of activities, verification of progress, strict adherence to delivery deadlines;
  • Provide patient-centered care and facilitate patient access to services in a pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient manner, communicating with a diverse population using well-developed interpersonal skills;
  • Facilitate patient access to medication, monitor their adherence to therapy, and provide them information about para-pharmaceutical products (by phone, chat);
  • Implement and deliver solutions to the relevant stakeholders (Patients, Pharmacies, Pharmaceutical companies, doctors);
  • Manage the activity plan in own territory accounts with respect to the laws, ethics, and compliance governing pharma professionals;
  • Communicate effectively with team members and patients in all aspects of service;
  • Build, monitor, and track implementation of KPIs. Measure value and impact;
  • Drive excellent usage of different channels through local omnichannel strategy, planning, and solution development;
  • Collect and share insights from the ecosystem, propose proactively possible solutions to be implemented in the ecosystem;
  • Be the contact person for ad hoc projects where required by company needs;
  • Report and manage Individual Case Safety and Product Quality Complaints;
  • Manage other team members and ensure all employees under your management have the proper tools needed to perform and grow within their roles;
  • Work with the rest of the management team to grow and improve short and long-term activities;
  • Manage 3rd party contract resource arrangements;
  • Interface directly with pharmaceutical companies;
  • Develop medical information projects.
Requirements
  • Able to make presentations in PPT;
  • Be confidential with project documentation (reports and presentations);
  • High level with Excel;
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical chemistry and technology, pharmacy, chemistry, industrial chemistry, biological sciences, medicine and surgery, or veterinary medicine;
  • Licensed to practice and registered to practice;
  • Experience in practical work concerning qualitative analysis of medicines, quantitative analysis of active substances, tests and verifications necessary to ensure the quality of medicines, for a period of at least two years in companies authorized to produce medicines;
  • Experience in pharmacovigilance management is welcome;
  • You are a dynamic person with strong value commitment and a strong team player with excellent communication, sales ability, and negotiating skills;
  • Capacity to identify and analyze medical, scientific, and therapeutic area opportunities and problems, and make proposals for appropriate improvements;
  • You are able to create awareness of patient journeys;
  • You are able to understand the health ecosystem and how it changes over time, and use that to inform access strategy and planning;
  • You are able to understand the implications of new issues and trends on the stakeholder's business, leading to a deeper understanding of the stakeholder's business and strategy;
  • You are able to identify networking opportunities to enhance the value offering to patients and translating customer needs into effective and effortless solutions;
  • You are a problem solver;
  • You demonstrate the ability to perform at a high level even under strenuous circumstances;
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment and be able to prioritize;
  • Italian native level and English C1 level, reading, speaking, writing, and understanding. Any additional languages would be beneficial;
  • You can manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment: you already have experience in leading and defining projects, collecting requirements, designing process solutions;
  • Practical mindset: you're able to find practical and simple solutions to complex problems, without sacrificing any quality or core functionality;

Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
