We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at DAB Pumps. As a key member of our Italy Sales Team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in the Pumps Distribution Channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Oversee sales performance and budget, taking corrective action when necessary and providing regular reports to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively (50% of working time) to meet with customers, partners, and stakeholders, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports, ensuring accurate and timely data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership and management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and expansion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
